  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 30% of the total fee) is required to begin work.
  • If you cancel the project before completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit, depending on the amount of work already completed.
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
  • Once a custom project is completed and delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.
